US-only geo & billing gates
Signup, console access, and token purchases require a United States location and US cards. Overseas IPs are blocked by default — GodsEye can grant audited exceptions.

Brokers counter carrier bids with a rate and message. Carriers accept, revise, or walk away — no phone tag, full audit trail.
