Free deploys your workspace. Pro unlocks marketplace posting, Brokerage Shield, and monthly token allotment. Manage subscription billing under Settings → Billing.

Invoice Pay Now (Stripe Connect)

Brokers can collect shipper invoices by card or ACH. Open Settings → Billing and complete Stripe Connect onboarding. On an unpaid invoice, use Pay Now link to open a Stripe Checkout for the customer — or Record payment for check, Zelle, and cash. BuddyTMS may take a small platform fee on Pay Now charges only (not on manually recorded payments). See the Payments Policy on buddytms.com/payments.

Billing disputes and refunds need a human — open a ticket at /support or email support. Do not rely on the AI assistant for Stripe disputes.
