Every morning
Open Bookkeeping → Office hub. Follow the numbered checklist: read the numbers, collect payments (Pay Now link for Stripe, or Record payment for check/Zelle/cash), call who’s late, balance cash, then email the pack if you want PDFs in your inbox.
Watch me do it
Use the Watch me do it button on Bookkeeping for an on-screen tour of the hub. When a hosted training video URL is configured (BOOKKEEPING_WALKTHROUGH_VIDEO_URL), it appears in that same tour panel.
Cheat sheet
Print the one-page cheat sheet from Bookkeeping → Cheat sheet (or Save as PDF) and keep it in the binder.
Larger text
Larger text on office pages is the same setting as Settings → Appearance → Text size (115%). It also makes table rows easier to read.
