Book a carrier who isn’t on BuddyTMS

Use Email load offer on an order (Looking for carrier). Pick a roster carrier or New carrier (via email). They get a magic link — no BuddyTMS login.

What the carrier does

They complete company profile, upload COI, accept the load, and sign the rate confirmation. New carriers are added to your roster automatically. Optionally they can enter driver contact so a driver portal invite goes out.

Token cost

Booking outside BuddyTMS Marketplace spends wallet tokens when you send an email load offer (or when you direct-assign a carrier not linked from Marketplace) — not refunded if they decline. You confirm the cost before sending. Marketplace bid accepts do not charge this fee. Rates are set by the platform and shown in Wallet.

Marketplace vs email offer

BuddyTMS marketplace bidding is for carriers with a BuddyTMS workspace. Private email offers work for anyone with an email address. After accept, review pending COI in Compliance if insurance isn’t approved yet. Carriers may also get an invite to create their own BuddyTMS carrier workspace.
