Apex vs workspace login — avoid the wrong-workspace trap.
Open your workspace URL (e.g. {slug}.buddytms.com) — it takes you straight to sign-in. Day-to-day auth is on the subdomain; BuddyTMS.com login only helps you find your workspace.
Password reset
Use buddytms.com/auth/forgot-password. Reset links expire in one hour. MFA stays enabled after a password reset.
